HadoopRDF: A Secure Semantic Web Repository Using Hadoop

The project aims to build a secure, scalable and efficient Semantic Web repository using Apache's Hadoop. Our goal is to store and retrieve billions of triples efficiently. The repository has to be scalable in the sense that we can simply add more nodes to the Hadoop cluster to handle more triples and the performance of the system will not go down. We are implementing Role Based Access Control (RBAC) to secure the framework. We will use XACML for this purpose.
