Hotel Reservation

The Workshop Hotel is Radisson Hotel Dallas North - Richardson. A rate of $85 will be available to conference attendees for reservations between Nov 02, 2008 - Nov 04, 2008. Cut-off date for room reservations at this rate will be October 24th, 2008. Reservations can be made by calling 1-972-644-4000 stating that you want the SKM group rate using the group code: 'SECURE'.

For online reservations, please follow these instructions:

  • Visit the Radisson Hotel website: http://www.radisson.com/richardsontx
  • In "Check Rates & Availability" box, enter your check in and check out dates and click go.
  • In the next page, you will see the available rooms and rates.
  • Under the "Search for Special Rates" section on the right side of the page, enter "SECURE" as the promotional code and click to "Search" button.
    • (Note that the promotional code is valid for the reservations between Nov 02, 2008 - Nov 04, 2008)
  • Select "UTD Computer Science-SNB1" option in the available rooms section and complete your reservation.
