International Student and International Travel Forms
The International Center (IC) provides opportunities for UT Dallas students, faculty and other stakeholders to participate in international education activities. The IC serves as host to over 7,000 international students, offers programs for students wishing to study, work, or volunteer abroad, and provides resources to faculty interested in adding an international component to their teaching or research.

Deferment of Admission
If a student is unable to attend the semester for which he/she has been admitted, the Deferment of Admissions form must be submitted to the Office of Enrollment Services to indicate the semester of future enrollment. Request for Recommendation Letter Form
When applying to graduate school, three letters of recommendation must be provided from individuals who are able to judge your probable success in graduate school.
Transfer of Graduate Credit Request Form
After the completion of 9 graduate hours at UTD, graduate degree-seeking students may apply for a transfer of graduate course work during the transfer/waiver period held each semester. Travel Request Form
Prior to any travel, teaching and research assistants must submit this completed form to the Department of Computer Science. Please deliver this form to Eric Moden, ECSS 4.231.
Waiver of Prerequisite Course Request Form
After enrolling at UTD, degree-seeking students may apply for waivers of assigned prerequisite courses during their first semester of enrollment. More information about waivers may be found in the Newly Admitted Student section of the FAQ page.
