UT Dallas CS Alumnus & CEO, Manohar Kesireddy Wins the CEO with HR Orientation Award
PRweb – On Feb. 16, 2016 mroads’ CEO Manohar R. Kesireddy won the CEO with HR Orientation Award at The 24th World HRD Congress held in Mumbai, India.
The CEO with HR Orientation Award recognizes a non Human Resources (HR) organization leader who embraces HR through a demonstrated track record in supporting strategies and empowering multidisciplinary initiatives: including savviness/tech implementation, communication effectiveness, talent development and employees retention.

Manohar is responsible for mroads’ day-to-day operations as well as leading the company’s product development and technology strategy. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate at various roles. He has successfully led development teams at Verizon Telecom. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras, India and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Texas at Dallas. He also holds several patents in technology and is a member of the board for the non-profit organization India Dreams.
