Endowment History and Purpose:

The Shalendra and Rashmi Singh Fellowship was established in 2022 for the benefit of the Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science (Jonsson School) at The University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas). Funds distributed shall be used to award graduate fellowship(s) for full-time students pursuing a graduate degree in computer science or software engineering and who demonstrate high academic achievement.  Preference will be given to applicants who have completed all or part of the preparatory education in India.

Endowment Management Summary:

To ensure that endowment gifts to UT Dallas retain their value over time, The University of Texas System Board of Regents has retained The University of Texas Investment Management Company (UTIMCO), a private 501(c)(3) corporation, to manage the investment of endowment funds.
